The Registration Request Portal is the place where the user will make registration requests or changes to existing registrations.
To access the MUB Portal, a link is required. This link has to be provided by your MUB Portal administrator. Accessing the portal, the screen bellow will be available with required information to be filled:
1 – Inform e-mail that always will be used for MUB Portal login (Portal Entry);
2 – Check the box “I am not a robot” to validate your login;;
3 – Click on the button to proceed with the portal login.
A – A field will be available to insert a code that will be sent to the email provided before (example below).. This code, also known as a token, will have a validity of 30 minutes;
B – If necessary, it is possible to generate a new token that will be sent to the email provided;

After inserting the token, the Portal screen will open automatically, showing some cards according to the example below:
1 – Registration cards: Click to open the card corresponding to the registration process or change that will be made and fill in the requested information;
Note: After saving, the registration request is automatically sent to the responsible area that will process your request.
2 – My requests: Click on this card to keep track of the requests you have opened, and also to know which stage it would be in;
3 – My Tasks: Click on this card to follow the "Pending Tasks" and the "Closed Tasks" tab of the workflow that are/were under your responsibility. There is also a tab called Kanban, which is just another way of viewing tasks (unusual):
3.1 – This is the search field where you can search for tasks that the Registration Center may have sent you;
3.2 – This field tells you how many tasks are overdue;
3.3 – Click this button to update the tasks that appear, without having to leave the screen and enter again;
3.4 – Below the search field, pending or closed tasks appear (respectively according to the tab). Each task has some information such as: task number, Requester, Status, Date and Time the task was started, SLA, process type and the actions field that contains some buttons that may or may not be enabled for certain task processing, according to the table below:

Send to correction | Through this button, we can return to one of the previous steps or directly to the requester |

Cooments | In cases where the request is returned to the requester, the comment is mandatory information that will follow up with the request |
3.5 – Click this button to return to the previous screen.
